We deliver nationwide using local courier services. A tracking number and link will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Blake & Grayson pieces are locally handcrafted and made to order. Once an order is received, production takes between 2 - 4 working days (material availability may affect production time).

Delivery will take between 2 - 4 working days, dependent on the shipping address.

A physical address and a contact number is required for all orders placed online.

RETURNS

We take great pride in handcrafting each piece, and we hope that you will love and cherish them as much as we do. If you aren’t entirely happy with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you would like a refund, kindly send us a message within 14 days of delivery, and we will provide you with the necessary return instructions. Please be advised that you will be responsible for returning the product at your own expense. For returns to be accepted, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately refunds will not be provided for items that have been damaged or used/worn.

We recommend you use a tracked mail or courier service, as we can only process refunds once we have received the item(s) back.

We are not liable for any lost items during their return transit.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order within 48 hours upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please photograph any damage to the outside prior to opening, and damage inside after opening.
